Our unique cider is handcrafted in the Himalayan foothills in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh and is fermented from internationally renowned Hymachal apples. The Hymachal cidery is situated nearly 7000 ft above sea level,close to the hill station of Shimla Mia and the variations in altitude give us a long growing season and the perfect climate for apple cultivation. Himachal is a very natural product with absolutely no added sugar – this gives a cider that is very low in carbohydrates and relatively low calories. Our cider is medium dry, lightly sparkling and has a distinctively fruity nish.
