Deviously infusing the award winning, dark ruby, Centurion’s Ghost Ale with the infamous and scary Ghost Pepper, Mostly Ghostly could give you a bit of a shock. Coming in at 1.1 million Scoville heat units, the Ghost Pepper held the ‘World’s Hottest Chilli’ title for a number of years. Native to Assam and known locally as the ‘Bhut’ or ‘Naga’ it delivers a lovely delay to its heat coupled with a long and powerful growing warmth which makes it the perfect chilli to enhance stronger avours.
